By accessing and using the EnlightenAura website (“Site”) or booking any of our pooja and spiritual services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”).

2. Nature of Services

EnlightenAura facilitates the performance of traditional Hindu Vedic rituals and related spiritual services online. These Services are performed by qualified priests on behalf of clients. Our Services are spiritual in nature and are offered for cultural and religious purposes only. We do not claim or guarantee any specific material outcome.

3. Booking & Payment

• All pooja bookings must be made through our official booking form, email, or WhatsApp.

• Payments must be made in advance using the available payment options.

• Prices are listed in the currency specified on our Site and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Recordings & Live Streaming

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure high-quality streaming but cannot guarantee uninterrupted transmission due to factors outside our control (such as internet disruptions & climate

• Video recordings will be shared via secure links or email within a reasonable time after the pooja.

5. Prasad

• Any prasad or sanctified items requested will be shipped to the address provided by the client. Shipping times and charges vary depending on location.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details (names, gotra, intentions, addresses) for the pooja.

• Join live sessions on time using the provided link, if applicable.

• Ensure stable internet connectivity at your end for smooth participation.

7. Priest & Cameraperson Consent

• All priests, assistants, and camerapersons engaged by EnlightenAura consent to being recorded and streamed as part of the Service.

• Unauthorized copying, recording, or redistribution of our streamed content without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing/email at least 48 hours before the scheduled pooja.

• A non-refundable cancellation fee of USD 500 will be deducted from any refund to cover priest booking, consumables, and administrative costs.

• Refundable amount = Total amount paid – USD/GBP/EUR 500 cancellation fee.

• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled pooja, the booking becomes non-refundable.

• If EnlightenAura is unable to perform the booked service due to our own reasons (priest illness, natural calamity, etc.), you may choose a full refund (no fee) or a free reschedule.

9. Limitation of Liability

• EnlightenAura, its priests, and associates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services.

• Services are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site, including text, logos, images, and videos, is the property of EnlightenAura or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and will use your information only for providing the booked Services.

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill your Service or by law.
